THE HUMAN SCARECROW
Mike Lynch has been an LA life drawing model for as long as I can remember. I've always seen him as a hybrid of a Neal Adams' drawing and a dancing scarecrow -- and I mean that in as nice a way as possible.
WARM-UPS
I do all sorts of sketches while warming up for gesture class. Allow me to bore you with a few of them.
Foreshortening
I often like to warm-up with some foreshortening exercises. Somehow it's always easier than I psych myself out for.
